1 canned beef

Small Family Hamper

1 ham
2 cans vegetables
2 cans of soup
2 cans of tuna
1 can of beans
1 can stew or chilli
1 bag of rice
1 bag of cookies
1 box of crackers
1 jar of peanut butter
1 box cereal

Large Family Hamper

Same as a small Family Hamper plus...
1 bag of pasta
1 jar of sauce
1 jar of jam
1 more can of soup
